Her perspective as both an independent operator and a coalition builder aligns strongly with eSTART’s mission to modernize titling and registration through open collaboration. Beth’s journey in this space began at a young age in her family’s independent dealership in Maryland, where she helped process title work by hand at the local MVA branch. From those early experiences, she’s grown into a national leader, helping establish one of the first agencies in Maryland to offer onsite title and registration services across state lines. Through her leadership at NIVTA, Beth has worked to unite state affiliates, dealership agents, business members, and DMVs with the shared goal of improving policy, training, and operations. NIVTA has been a natural and active partner in the eSTART community, and Beth’s addition to the Advisory Board only strengthens our shared commitment to fostering collaboration across the industry.
