Frank Dean

Frank Dean is a Client Support Director at Fast Enterprises, where he brings together agencies, vendors, and other key stakeholders to implement software solutions that meet the needs of DMVs across the globe. As a ProSci Change Management practitioner, has pioneered change within driver license and motor vehicle agencies since 2003, when he successfully completed his first system modernization. Throughout his career in government software, he has served as a trainer, change manager, solutions expert, agency consultant, and modernization advisor for dozens of DMV agencies in the AAMVA community.
