Josh Johnson

Josh has a background in software engineering, beginning his career developing Enterprise Health & Safety software solutions. He joined Carvana over seven years ago, initially building custom applications for the Customer Care organization to streamline customer contact, vehicle titling, and registration processes.

Now serving as Senior Director of Vehicle Titles, Josh leads Carvana’s efforts to modernize title and registration operations. He collaborates with state agencies to drive pragmatic investments that enhance efficiency, reduce friction, and transition title and registration transactions to seamless, fully electronic experiences.
