Quinn Cheney

Quinn has built her career at the intersection of government, policy, and technology. Her experience spans the U.S. Senate, Canadian government relations, state government, private-sector lobbying, and the AAMVA community, where she focused on driver data and motor vehicle policy.

In 2024, Quinn brought that industry knowledge and government affairs experience to CHAMP. Today, she connects with government leaders, supports the development of policies that enable motor vehicle modernization and digital service delivery, demystifies digital transformation, and helps agencies build more efficient, adaptable, and user-friendly systems.

Outside of work, Quinn enjoys travelling with her husband and two sons, scouting out interesting restaurants where ever she goes, and always has a set of knitting needles nearby.
