Todd Phillips

Todd Phillips is the Director of Program Development for the South Carolina Automobile Dealers Association.  He is responsible for all titling and registration services for the Association including the Quality Assurance program where over 800,000 transactions are reviewed annually.  His prior experience in electronic titling solutions, and industry knowledge in the titling space, allows for unique insight into the issues surrounding titling processes for both Dealers and Lenders.  Additionally, Todd is the liaison with the SCDMV and has worked with multiple jurisdictions to advance electronic titling solutions and implement programs across the country.
