Colleen Borys

Colleen Borys is a seasoned Senior Government Affairs Manager at Vitu with over 30 years of experience in the auto finance and insurance industries. Her career spans leadership roles in business process development, product implementation and client services, with a strong foundation in Information Technology. Colleen began her journey at PDP Group Inc., where she advanced from customer service to IT Support Services, ultimately leading the creation of the company’s first Help Desk and Quality Control procedures. Her expertise in Title Administration and Electronic Lien and Title (ELT) services also positioned her as a key contributor to the development and rollout of one of the company’s largest service programs.

In her current role at Vitu, Colleen is a member of the Government Affairs and Relations team. She has collaborated with state agencies to shape ELT programs and served as the pilot vendor for the Iowa DOT’s Electronic Lien System. Colleen is also a founding member of the National Title Solution Forum, where she has held leadership positions including Secretary and Treasurer/AFSA Liaison. Her blend of technical acumen, operational insight and client-focused leadership continues to drive innovation and excellence across the industry.
