Evgenia Tyrsina

Evgenia Tyrsina is an accomplished Program Manager at the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators (AAMVA). As part of the Vehicle Programs & Services division, she leads initiatives like Electronic Title & Vehicle Record Management and the Interstate Electronic Vehicle Sale Proof of Concept. Since joining AAMVA in 2018, she has driven innovation across various applications including the Commercial Driver’s License Information System (CDLIS) and the National Motor Vehicle Title Information System (NMVTIS), becoming a trusted subject matter expert. Evgenia collaborates closely with state agencies, federal partners, and industry stakeholders.

Before joining AAMVA, she worked on information technology and business projects in the commercial sector, including at Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield.
